Google Day 3

Goals:
- How to close up the video without zooming the camera while you are filming the video.
- Clips at the same time on screen
- Change color of the video

Close up the video:
I learned that with imovie you can use the key burns effect to zoom in, zoom out, crop, and fit.

Clips at the same time on screen:
This video helped me learn how to put 4 clips at the same time on screen using imovie

Change color of the video:
I learned how to change videos and colors to make a 3D Effect
I learned how to change the color of the video as many times as I want.

What I learned:
Today I learned that you can close up a video while your editing your video instead of having to do it while you are filming it. Another thing I learned was how to put as many clips as I want on the same screen. The last thing I learned today was changing the color of the video so the viewer will find it more interesting. The best part is that I can use all of these effects on imovie.

Next class...
I want to start doing my script and choose all the effects I want to include in my video.

Google Day 2

Goals:
- Change the velocity of the video.
- How to clone things in a video
- Green screen effect

Change the velocity of the video:
This is an easy way to change the speed in a video using imovie.

How to clone things in a video:
This link helped me a lot because I think it is very cool to clone things in a video and it is easy because you can do it on imovie.

Green screen effect:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rYWRrbxjJkQ&feature=related
http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v=ChlFYd4FN3s&feature=endscreen
This link helped me a lot because it is very specific and detailed explanation about making the green screen effect in imovie. I love to use imovie so it is a very helpful tip.

What I learned:
Today I learned that you can change speed, clone, and add green screen effects in imovie. This is a great thing because I usually use imovie to make my video editing. I didn't know that you could do all these things in one single program. I also learned that it is very easy because it is just like inserting videos and customizing them.

Next class...
I want to learn how to close up the video without zooming the camera while you are filming the video. Also, I want to learn how to mix two images together for transition.

Present.me

present.me
You first create an account and it is free for the first 3 months of use. This site is kind of like a blog. As it says in its name, the site helps you present yourself to other users. You can share your interests, what you are thinking, a school project, a personal opinion, etc. You can also search a topic and learn about other people's information they want to share. Everything is online so you don't have to download anything to your computer.

To use this site, you have to click on create first. There are many options to show your topic however you want. You can record a video of yourself doing what you would like to share in this site. You can also upload a video you had previously made. Another thing you can do is upload or record audio. You can edit your work very easily also in the site. If you don't want to include any audio or videos, you can upload a previously made power point or other documents to show your presentation in slides with texts and pictures. You can also put both. If you choose to put both, the screen will be split in two parts. One will be you talking in a video and the other one will be a slide. The videos, as well as the slides, can change to another one whenever you want to.

When you share your presentation you can configure its settings. If you want it to be private it will be so not everything you publish is public. You can also take track of the views each presentation have nd all the comments too.

An example of a slide and a video at the same time is this:
The girl is talking while she shows a text beside her.
